At Espersen, we produce frozen fish products such as loins, tails, IQF skin-on and skinless fillets as well as shaped fillets from factories in Poland and Lithuania.
The majority of our products are tailor-made in private label products or bulk packed, and the most frequently used raw materials are cod, haddock, saithe and salmon.
