The Rahbek story is the story of pioneering spirit, craftsmanship and passion. From the early start at Fredericia Havn in 1955, the founder Poul Rahbek had a clear vision. He wanted to make fish easily accessible to everyone by offering a wide selection of quality products that make it easy and delicious
to eat fish.
Rahbek Fisk joined the Espersen Group in 2009 and the vision for the Rahbek brand is continued to an even greater extent under Espersen's ownership.
In 2023 Rahbek was re-launched with a new modernised brand look and several new products. The brand offers a wide selection of fish products that are broadly targeted at consumers throughout the population. What they all have in common is a joy in serving and eating fish.
