Main responsibilities
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for strengthening and building existing and new customer portfolios on the Scandinavian and Australian markets. Your primary tasks will be to:
•Develop Espersen’s existing & new customer portfolio in Scandinavia & Australia.
•Negotiate agreements and Identify growth potential.
•Prepare calculations and develop new products together with new product development & customers.
•Work cross-functionally with Product managers, new product development and production sites.
•Update forecasts. Identify, analyze risks & opportunities and suggesting actions.
•Winning with our customers.

Key requirements
We expect that you as the right candidate have a strong and broad network within the retail market. To succeed in the position it is crucial that you have an in-depth understanding of the retail market in Scandinavia.

You have a relevant educational background (bachelor, master or other relevant commercial degree) and minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, where you have proven that you can build trust and credibility with partners and customers. It will be considered as an advantage if you have experience from FMCG sales, retail, foodservice & BtB, private label or/and branded goods.
